The Grand Orrery collects no data. None.
It does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. It contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking of any kind, and it never connects to the internet. There are no accounts, no sign-ins, and no third-party services.
The app remembers a handful of preferences — whether the ambient sound is on, whether you have seen the first-run hint, and its generated planet imagery cache — using Apple's standard on-device storage. This information never leaves your iPhone, and deleting the app deletes all of it.
The Sources screens cite NASA, JPL, ESA, and IAU reference pages. Tapping one opens it in your browser, outside the app; those sites' own policies apply there.
The app is suitable for all ages. Since it collects nothing from anyone, it collects nothing from children.
If a future update ever changes any of the above, this page and the App Store listing will say so plainly before that update ships.
